Currently, this study has received ethics approval through the Office of Research Ethics at McMaster University. We would like your help and support. As interested and concerned users of our health care system, if you have any experience with prescription related medication please fill out this survey. It should only take you 15 minutes to fill it out. Being an Ontarian, your feelings and insights are important in the implementation of a drug information system.
