Hafsa Qureshi Grymek

Hafsa completed her undergraduate degree in Health Sciences (Honours Coop Program) at the University of Waterloo in 2009. Currently, she is enrolled at McMaster University in the M.Sc. eHealth Program in the Faculty of Health Sciences under her supervisor Dr. Ann McKibbon.
Hafsa has also worked as a coop business analyst in the Medication Management Program at eHealth Ontario for her internship. She was contributing to the business role by gathering, consolidating and translating business needs into requirements for the Drug Profile Viewer. She provided support for the Drug Information System (DIS) Project deliverables through detailed research on other Canadian jusrisdictions that have already undergone DIS implementation. This is also where she initiated her thesis project. |

Ann McKibbon

Ann McKibbon is an information scientist with a PhD in medical informatics. She has worked at McMaster University for more than 25 years to make tools to bring reserach evidence (i.e. the results of publsihed studies) to clinicians for their use. She is a member of KT Canada, an organization funded to produce MSc and PhD graduates with the training and experience to imrpove uptake of new knowledge for individuals, decision makers and policy makers.
She has experience in information retrieval, production of information tools including systematic reviews and clinical practice guidelines. She is the director of the MSc program in eHealth and a member of the Health Information Research Unit of the Department of Clinical Epidemiology & Biostatistics. |

Marita Tonkin

Marita is currently working as the Ontario Pharmacist Association (OPA) Liaison for Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists Ontario Branch and is an elected Board member to represent hospital pharmacist members of OPA.
She has worked at the Hamilton Health Sciences for more than 25 years and is currently working as the chief of Pharmacy Practice. Her current role involves clinical practice leadership and strategic direction for pharamcists across six sites. She has had leadership roles on Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee as well as coporate initiatives related to Medication Safety (Narcotics Safety, Unit Dose, Medication Reconciliation and Regulated Technician roles). Her previous roles have included Clinical Pharmcist, Drug Information Pharmacist, Acting Manager Retail Pharmacy and Profession Leader. |

Andrew Worster

Dr. Worster is an associate professor in the Department of Medicine, Division of Emergency Medicine. He is also an associate member at the Department of Clinical Epidemiology & Biostatistics and a research director for Hamilton Health Sciences in Emergency Medicine. Currently, he also plays the role of a deputy director for the Division of Emergency Medicine. He is also the chair for Best Evidence in Emergency Medicine (BEEM).
He is also an associate editor for the ACP Journal Club and the Canadian Journal of Emergency Medicine. Dr. Worster's research interests include: health research methods and their application to emergency medicine, utilization and evaluation of diagnostic tests in emergency medicine, and knowledge translation in emergency medicine (Best Evidence in Emergency Medicine). |

Angela Tibando

Angela has been involved in the healthcare information management/ information technology sector for over 30 years. She is currently working at eHealth Ontario as the Senior Director for Medication Management. Angela is responsible for developing and executing strategy to provide health care providers with a provincial medication management solution that supports electronic prescribing and a comprehensive medication profile for all Ontarians. Prior to joining eHealth Ontario, Angela worked with several provincial and regional organizations to develop information management and integration strategies for electronic healthcare. Angela was also the integrated Director, Information Management for the London Hospitals for 12 years. During this time, she oversaw the integration of the information technology environments and the development of the Electronic Patient Record for London's two major teaching hospitals - London Health Sciences Centre and St. Joseph's Healthcare, London - as well as the expansion of the Electronic Pateient Record System to the six community hospitals in the Thames Valley region.
